| You need to use the coupons during check out, as stated bellow...: If an item is advertised as free shipping (for example Strings being shipped in the USA with First class mail over $100), the customer will not be charged for that fee, even if stated on the invoice, because the customer has not applied the coupons. It will not be charged by our staff when they process your order. (An order with strings only, no other items in the order. if you order strings and other items, we will have to charge you for shipping, we will try to make the shipping cost as low as possible. But we will have to charge you something though...). To redeem your free shipping benefit, please enter (2010) at the Coupon section during Checkout or contact us ahead of your anticipated purchase or after purchase qualified orders will be refunded in the amount of shipping that was charged. |
