| Instrument has solid spruce top and maple back with ebony fittings, inlaid purfling, tailpiece with fine tuners, steel strings, and endpin with ebony plug. Dark red-brown varnish. Outfit includes a Nytex cello cover with bow & string pockets, and a Brazilwood horsehair bow.
Although priced as a student line, all GEWA instruments are set up in the same shop with the same amount of care and workmanship as the top of the line models. |
