Sound Characteristics
Powerful steel core string set with a complex, but also focused
and clear sound which offers the full range of colors.
The Soloist A & D strings o!er more brilliance than the standard
strings and the Soloists G & C have a more pronounced core
sound combined with a fantastic bass tone.
The diameter of the Soloist strings is smaller than the one of the
standard set. This makes fast changes of position especially easy
and the response is therefore even faster.
The pliable feel and the sound under the ear provide the musician
with a subtle and distinct acoustic feedback.
The tension is comparable to the tension of the standard medium
gauge.

G & C strings: newly designed rope core wound with tungsten.
