Sound Characteristics
· Powerful steel core string set with a complex, but also focused
and clear sound which o!ers the full range of colours.
· The Soloist A & D strings o!er more brilliance than the standard
strings and the Soloists G & C have a more pronounced core
sound combined with a fantastic bass tone.
· The diameter of the Soloist strings is smaller than the one of the
standard set. This makes fast changes of position especially easy
and the response is therefore even faster.
· The pliable feel and the sound under the ear provide the musician
with a subtle and distinct acoustic feedback.
· The tension is comparable to the tension of the standard medium
gauge.
· Designed for longevity.

· A & D strings: steel core wound with chrome steel.
· G & C strings: newly designed rope core wound with tungsten.
