The Core Academy Series Violin comes fully adjusted with the following: ebony pegs, endbutton, fingerboard, nut and saddle; inlaid purfling; hand-carved aged maple back, sides, & neck; hand-carved aged spruce top; French bridge; tailpiece with built-in tuners; chinrest; chrome steel strings made in the U.S. Instruments are constructed of quality maple, spruce and ebony, all of which have been properly air-dried for a minimum of 7 years! The back and sides of the CORE 15 violin are plain maple (very little or no flame). Standard outfit includes a brazilwood bow with half-lined ebony frog, shaped case, Köhr rosin and polishing cloth. Available in 4/4, 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 sizes.
